What if I change my mind?
If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. Return the item to any Lincraft store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase and the completed return form that was included with the product.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Zip, or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered, we will not refund on cut or lineal product such as fabric. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will be processed as soon as the items have been received. This yarn range overall is really nice, soft to work with and a very good range of colours to choose from as well as a decent metreage per ball.
Unfortunately though some months back the dyes changed, most significantly with the white and ivory, so now there is really no true white available in this range and the white looks like a soft cream instead.
Fine if you're wanting a nice cream colour but if you're needing a proper white shade you won't get that since the colours have been altered.
I am pleased that I have a few balls of the old range before it got changed, but unfortunately can't get that anymore. The ivory is an even deeper creamy colour than the "white", will include an image to show the difference between the old white and the new white, the one on the right hand side is the creamier white that you get now, versus the old true white before it got changed.
